Our medium roast is known for it's smooth floral nature with complex notes of walnut, raisin, and milk chocolate.  When brewed fresh using proper methods, you'll find no bitterness here!
 
Coffee is best when ground just before the brew.  If you want the freshest cup of coffee, purchase our whole beans and grind them yourself.
